Apple Cartwheels

Ingredients

4 medium red delicious apples
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

Core each apple 1-inch in diameter. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; fold in the chocolate chips and raisins. Fill the center of apples with peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Cut into 1/2-inch rings. Makes about 2 dozen cartwheels.
