Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients
4 lb frozen chicken wing drumettes 2 eggs, beaten 2 green onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon black sesame seed 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1/3 cup soy sauce Salad oil for deep frying
Instructions
Thaw chicken; drain well. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except the salad oil. Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Heat oil to 400 degrees F. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown; drain. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
