Ahi And Salmon Poki (Raw fish appetizer)

Ingredients

1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) fillet, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 lb king or sockeye salmon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 lb cherry or plum tomatoes, sliced
1 Maui onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Hawaiian salt to taste
1 cup limu (seaweed), cut in 1-inch lengths
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
