Fast and Easy Lilikoi Sorbet

1 cup milk

1 can (12 ounces) frozen lilikoi juice concentrate

Juice of 1 lime


Combine all ingredients and pour into a shallow pan; freeze. Blend frozen mixture in an electric blender until the consistency is similar to a smoothie.  Pour into sealable containers and return to freezer; freeze again. Makes 4 servings.


Approximate Nutrient Analysis per serving: 200 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 65 mg sodium, 44 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 41 g sugar, 2 g protein
