Fast and Easy Lilikoi Sorbet
1 cup milk
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lilikoi juice concentrate
Juice of 1 lime
Combine all ingredients and pour into a shallow pan; freeze. Blend frozen mixture in an electric blender until the consistency is similar to a smoothie. Pour into sealable containers and return to freezer; freeze again. Makes 4 servings.
