Korean Ko Choo Jang Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Aloha brand soy sauce

2 cups Parks’s brand ko choo jang sauce

Instructions

Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Store in air- tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
