Quick Trick Pizza Pies
3 English muffins
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
6 ounces cheese, sliced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a small bowl, combine tomato paste with seasonings. Set aside. Split English muffins; spread with butter. Add tomato paste/herb mixture. Top with sliced cheese and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
