A HELCO Account Manager is a single point of contact for a variety of business services.  In addition to offering recommendations to help you improve your energy efficiency, HELCO Account Managers will help you obtain assistance throughout our company -- with your electric service, engineering, power outages, or billings.

Your business may qualify for your own personal Account Manager.  A dedicated Account Manager, assigned to your company and region, will perform periodic reviews of your account(s), advising you of possible opportunities to reduce electricity expenses.  They can also perform a variety of analyses and provide information relevant to your operational and planning needs.
