Effective July 1, 2009, Hawaii Energy is the new energy efficiency program administrator selected by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission. As the administrator, Hawaii Energy is responsible for the following programs:
For residential electric customers on Hawaii, Lanai, Maui, Molokai and Oahu:
• Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL's) and LED in-store Rebates
• ENERGY STAR®Appliance Rebates
• Central Air Maintenance Rebates
• Solar Water Heating Rebates, Free Inspection, & Low Interest Loans
• Household Energy Monitoring
